These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PinkaHireAI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PinkaHireAI is an AI-powered job search toolkit that helps you find jobs and generate tailored application materials, including resumes, cover letters, cold messages, and follow-up emails.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Free trial, subscriptions and billing

• New users get a 3-day free trial with no credit card required up front.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription: CA$12.99/month or CA$34.99 per 3 months.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate application materials. Output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before you send or submit it. PinkaHireAI does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the resume and other information you provide, and of the materials the Service generates for you. You grant us the limited right to process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to PinkaHireAI. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinkaHireAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which PinkaHireAI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
